🎒 Education

Applying the Legal Principle

  • Any parent should be free to educate their children as they deem best with the resources available to them.
  • All victimless crime laws relating to education should be abolished, including any laws mandating a child to attend a government-run school or follow a government-designed curriculum.
  • Educating one’s children to prepare them for adult life, at least to some degree is arguably a fiduciary responsibility inherent in parenthood. Breaching a fiduciary duty violates the Legal Principle.
