Accomplices & Conspirators
An accomplice is someone who assists or participates in the commission of an aggression. It is someone who:
- Solicits or commands another person to aggress, or aids, counsels, agrees to aid or attempts to aid another person in planning or committing an aggression.
- Provides means or opportunity to another person to commit the offense.
A conspirator is a person who intentionally joins with others in a plan to commit an act of aggression and takes, or helps arrange, a meaningful step toward carrying it out.
Someone who meets either definition is an aggressor.
