Accomplices & Conspirators

An accomplice is someone who assists or participates in the commission of an aggression. It is someone who:

Solicits or commands another person to aggress, or aids, counsels, agrees to aid or attempts to aid another person in planning or committing an aggression.
Provides means or opportunity to another person to commit the offense.

A conspirator is a person who intentionally joins with others in a plan to commit an act of aggression and takes, or helps arrange, a meaningful step toward carrying it out.

Someone who meets either definition is an aggressor.
